htthttpsMr. McDougall represents start up companies with both transactional and litigation needs.  An alumnus of a major national law firm, where he was in the litigation department, Masai still enjoys litigation--but takes great pleasure in helping his clients navigate the intricacies of strategizing, forming, and implementing business structures to bring their business dreams to life.  He also has considerable experience in regulatory SEC matters, and counsels his clients in all aspects of securities law compliance.

In his spare time, Masai enjoys teaching and competing in muay thai kick-boxing.  He won the WKA silver medal for kick-boxing in 2001.  Even opposing counsel recently conceded in a publicly-filed brief that he is "an expert in kick-boxing."
