W&W Wins 9th Circuit Appeal
The Firm is delighted to announce that the 9th Circuit today affirmed its win at the District Court in a copyright infringement case. After the Firm won dismissal of the copyright infringement claim against all defendants, and an award of its attorneys fees to obtain this result, the other side appealed to the 9th Circuit. Today the 9th Circuit affirmed both victories in a terse opinion.
